Richard received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in 1991. In addition, he holds the Series 65 license for Investment Advisors, Series 6 license for Securities, and the Life & Annuity Insurance license.
As an experienced and credentialed independent advisor, Richard provides a comprehensive approach to clients, assisting in navigating the complexities and integrations of; Retirement Income, Taxes, Investment Allocation, Risk Management, Education Funding, Estate Planning, & Trust Management.
He believes in the concept of aligning a client's personal values within their financial life plan, and positioning investment portfolios to have a positive impact on social and environmental concerns.
Richard is a member of the Financial Services Institute. He is an avid sailor and a member of the Chesapeake Catboat Association. He lives on the nearby, Hartefeld National golf course with his son, and their cairn terrier.
